In accordance with the Club’s Memorandum and Articles of Association, the Club’s Annual General Meeting will be held at the Sovereign Harbour Yacht Club on Sunday 22 November 2009 at 10.30am.

The Financial Accounts for the year to 30 September 2009 will be available at the Club from 12 November 2009 (Art.58).

In accordance with Article 41.3 the Board has nominated candidates for election as Officers of the Club.
