8^th Annual General Meeting

In accordance with the Club’s Memorandum and Articles of Association, the Club’s Annual General Meeting will be held at the Sovereign Harbour Yacht Club on Sunday 27 November 2011 at 10.30am.

Please note only paid-up members, honorary and life members will be able to attend.

The agenda, minutes of last year's meeting, notification of the AGM, and nominations from the Board are available on the Club's notice boards and also on our website from Monday 7 November. The Financial Accounts for the year to 30 September 2011 will be available at the Club from 17 November 2011 (Art.58). Copies of each will be available at the AGM.

In addition to the Club's AGM there will be a Debenture Holders' AGM shortly afterwards in the same venue.
