Clubhouse

Following detailed planning permission in 2004, work has now been completed. The new Clubhouse opened for business on Wednesday 12th April 2006. The contemporary design provides four floors comprising:

• Lower ground floor - berth holders facilities
• Ground floor - main entrance and club toilets
• 1st floor - club room and bar incorporating committee room
• 2nd floor - main function room

The extensive balconies at first and second floor level provide a sunny platform for viewing over the North Harbour. The second floor function room accommodates a variety of uses from small private functions to a full 100 seat catering facility served from a professional standard galley. At nearly three times the size of the previous club buildings, this new Clubhouse will adequately serve the needs of the expanding membership as well as providing a much-needed focus for social functions in the marina.
