Race 2 was abandoned due to severe bad weather and will now be run as a double header with Race 6 on 30 November. The Race 2 start will be ASAP after the finish of race 6 Discards 6 races with 1 discard. Classes IRC 1 yachts with an IRC number equal to or greater than 1000 (Flag Numeral pennant 1); IRC 2 for IRC boats with an IRC number less than 1000 (Flag Numeral Pennant 2); PY (Code flag G) Sign on Entries for each race will be at the SHYC Clubhouse between 0815hrs and 0900hrs Entrance Fee £10 per race payable at time of entry. Time Limit 3 hours Start line SHYC shore start – Start line will be the transit between two transit markers aligned on the production of breakwater 87. The ODM buoy limits the seaward end of the line but may not be on the line. Any changes will be announced on the day. Finish Line Line between the lower transit mark and the ODM Courses Will be issued at signing on. Sailing Instns. The current SHYC standard race instructions apply Safety All yachts must have identifying sail numbers unless special dispensation has been given by the Race Officer. All yachts to comply with inshore Category 4 safety regulations. Prizes Points will be awarded for each race as per SHYC
standard race instructions. The Series winner will be presented with the Series
