Social Events

There is a very active social side to the yacht club, with several events every month catering for all tastes - live bands and discos, quiz nights, karaoke and talk of local interest. Then boogie on down to the club on a Saturday night when we aim to have at least one live band and disco every month.

There's also a superb calendar of traditional yacht club social events from the Fitting Out to Laying Up Suppers, Burns Night, Commodore's Sail Past, Christmas Lunch, and New Year's Eve party.

Where else can you enjoy such a varied and lively social scene at the harbour? And remember, most of these events are free of charge to club members. The yacht club encourages family membership, and well-behaved children under parental supervision are always welcome.
